Asthma affects millions of Americans each year and is extremely prevalent in children, affecting more than 5 million. Reducing the above triggers can be extremely useful in reducing asthma. Paying close attention to the environment that you live in, such as staying away from areas with high levels of pollution. Effectively cleaning your home to remove mold and mites can also lessen the intensity of asthma as well as purchasing a good filtration system if you live in an area with a high pollen count.
