Vegetables that Prevent Cancer and Other Deadly Diseases

Vegetables are a major source of the fiber, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, phytochemicals, flavoniods, and special nutrients that you need every day. In addition, some of them contain proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Vegetables also provide you with the B vitamins and vitamin A and C.

Eat Vegetables Every Day

I know a lot of people that hate vegetables. Their plate only contains protein and carbohydrates. They don’t realize they are headed toward diseases that kill. Most likely their parents forced them to eat vegetables when they were young. What I did was not force my kids to eat vegetables, but would put small amounts of vegetables on their meal plate and gradually they started to taste these them. They would see me and my wife eating them and we would encourage them to eat them when they were ready.
