The Mineral That Causes Disease: Flouride
This year I want to tell you about Minerals. You mainly hear talk about taking a vitamin supplement, but you need to concentrate for a while on minerals until you get your share and understand them a little better.
Most of you are lacking in minerals, simply because you probably don’t eat enough vegetables, fruits or take mineral supplements. If you come down with any illness mild or serious, you are lacking in minerals.
Lack of minerals is a central key in the creation of disease and illness and you don’t hear much about this.
So this year I want you to feel good and be as healthy as possible.
There are two areas that I will be talking to you about now and in future newsletters. First those minerals that can harm you and those that you need more of.
The first mineral that I want to tell you about is Fluoride.
Your body needs only a tiny pinch of organic fluoride to make calcium fluoride. By organic I mean fluoride that is found in food sources. Calcium fluoride is found mostly in teeth and bones, but it is also used in blood vessels, connective tissue, nerves, and muscles.
When artificial fluoride goes into your body as an additive in food or drink, it becomes a poison. Studies on fluoride, from 1920 to the present, show that it affects theT3 thyroid hormone and interferences with the function of iodine in the thyroid. The result is that excess fluoride in the body produces hypothyroid and goiter like conditions.
When the USA government mandated the use fluoride in our water they did it with very little scientific proof. When a community in the US was found to have little tooth decay, they discovered that the water had fluoride. They did not check to find out that maybe the community was eating a diet of healthy food or that some other condition contributed to their healthy teeth.
In WWII, the Germans experimented with fluoride in their concentration camps and in the prisoner of war camps. They discovered that if they gave the officer prisoners doses of fluoride that they became docile, agreeable, non-combative, or controllable.
The use of fluoride in our tap water has been found strong enough to neutralize 72 needed body enzymes.

On one website, I found this recommendation.
“Take fluoride exactly as directed by your dentist or doctor, or follow the directions on the prescription bottle. If you do not understand these directions, ask your pharmacist, nurse, dentist, or doctor to explain them to you.”
Five years ago, my dentist told me my 5 year old daughter needed fluoride treatment. I knew fluoride was a poison and studies have shown that it does damage to the brain, especially in children.
I told my dentist that I did not want my daughter to have this treatment. His response was,
“If you she doesn’t have this treatment, her teeth will fall out.”
Well its six years later. She still has her teeth and in healthy condition. She is also a smart 5th grader.
So what can you do to protect yourself from fluoride? Here is what you can do:
* look at the labels of the different products that go on your skin and look for the words that start with fluro
* most drugs are fluorinated, so you need to determine if you can do without them
* use tooth pastes that do not have fluoride
* don’t drink any tap water, use bottled water
* don’t use fluoridated salt
* cook or bake with bottled water because of the fluoride in the water.
* Avoid diet coke and other sodas since they contain high levels of fluoride
Most fruits and vegetables, meat and other processed food have fluoride. You are getting more fluoride in your body than you need. And to make matters worse, fluoride destroys iodine and when your body needs iodine to build your body and there is not enough, it uses fluoride. When this happens, your body is building the wrong chemical. And this is where disease starts to form.
Fluoride is not a mineral you need to supplement with, you do not need it in your water, and you do not needed in any processed food or personal products. Use some of these fluoride ideas to give yourself better health.
