Inflammation, the Center of All Illness


[[name]], in this newsletter, I want to give you an idea of where you need to concentrate your efforts in improving your health. This will give you an idea of the type of supplements and remedies you need to chose and use.

It is now becoming apparent to many researchers that one of the biggest issues that underlie all illness is inflammation. Look at some of inflammatory conditions:

  • Joint inflammation
  • Bone inflammation
  • Bladder Inflammation
  • Liver inflammation
  • Kidney inflammation
  • Optic nerve inflammation
  • Sacroiliac joint inflammation
  • Heart disease and inflammation
  • Breast inflammation


Every part of your body is susceptible to inflammation. And guess what... it does get inflamed. You may not even know that parts of your body are inflammed. And, when you don’t eliminate this inflammation, that part of the body starts to deteriorate.

Many doctors specialize in one or two different illnesses and they become experts in this field – arthritis, heart disease, brain tumor, gastrointestinal. The result is they don’t always provide you with the best advice on how to take care of you and your body.

Inflammation is just the result of something going wrong in your body. Inflammation occurs when chemicals, toxins, particles, or stress are irritating your body tissues. Over time, this irritation creates a disease if you don’t eliminate it.

You are aware of lots of these irritations and many of the inflammatory disease they create – asthma, arthritis, Emphysema
acid reflux, liver inflammation, kidney inflammation, heart disease, cancer, arteriosclerosis, and so on.

So to improve your health and live a long healthy life, you need to:

  • Avoid, reduce, or eliminate body irritants
  • Improve your immune system to fight off irritants
  • Reduce inflammation quickly

You don't have to wait to show signs of diseases to take action. What you need to do is take preventative steps to eliminate any irritants and inflammation working in your body. You may not feel the inflammation, but you definitely have it. In the next issue, I will tell you of some anti inflammation nutrients you need to take daily.

[[name]], the newsletters for this year will be concentrating on what nutrients, natural remedies, supplements and information you need to minimize and eliminate inflammation. When you do this your will not be sick and you will be in excellent health.
