How to Reduce and Eliminate Your Body Inflammation


In the last few newsletters, I gave three different supplements that I recommend that you take daily to reduce the elusive inflammation that goes on inside your body everyday, slowly wearing it down, I sure do. They are,

  • Vitalzyme or any supplement with serrapeptase
  • Flax seed oil and/or fish oil of high quality
  • MSM, torpedo style


  1. Now, there is one process that goes on inside your body that you don't feel until its too late and that is the destruction of cells and tissue by "Free Radicals"
  2. The destruction of tissue by free radicals is occuring all the time in your body and the result of this destruction if inflammation. Your immune system goes into action to try to eliminate this inflammation and so your immune system is weaken when it has to do this battle every day.
  3. Using the anti-inflammatories listed will help your immune system fight the activities of free radicals. This will keep your immune system strong so it can fight other illnesses that you may contact.
  4. Here is what you can do use to reduce and neutralize free radical.
  5. Take supplement to neutralize free radicals in your body. Look for a supplement that contains the following vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. The supplement does not have to have all of these, but it should have a variety of them.
  6. Vitamins A, C, E
  7. Minerals zinc, selenium
  8. B vitamins (use a B50 supplement daily)
  9. Alpha Lipoic Acid
  10. Glutathione
  11. The amount of protection provide by supplements is not really known since many of the studies perform on anti-oxidants have been done on animals. So, in addition to any anti-oxidant supplement you need to eat plenty of fruits and vegetable during the day.
  12. Red Fruits such as peaches, strawberries, oranges, red grapes and any other fruit with a yellow to red color will have plenty of phytochemicals that are basically anti-oxidants.
  13. Eat those vegetables that are dark green since they are high in chlorophyll which neutralizes heavy metals from the air and binds to many other toxins.
  14. Use anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant supplements. Then eat 4-6 fruits and their juices in the morning before noon. Then in the afternoon eat vegetables with your lunch and dinner. After your dinner do not eat fruit but you can eat fruit as an in between meal snack.
  15. There are many more ways to prevent, reduce, and eliminate the formation of inflammation. These will be discussed in other newsletters.
