Natural Anti-inflammatory Foods

Controlling and reducing inflammation to a minimum in your body should be your number one priority. All illnesses are a result of inflammation remaining too long in your body.

Use foods to reduce inflammation. Here are some natural anti-inflammatory foods

Turmeric

Turmeric is the spice used in curry dishes. It has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties. In clinical studies, it has been shown to prevent Alzheimer’s disease, if used regularly. It prevents plack buildup in your brain arteries. It’s a strong anti-oxidant and out performs Vitamin E.

The phytochemical that provides all of these benefits in Turmeric is call curcurmin. Add turmeric to your diet weekly and gain its anti-inflammatory benefits.

Garlic

Garlic should be your number one inflammatory fighter. It is know to have an affect on just about every type of illness your body gets and can be used as a preventative against sickness.

Its anti-inflammatory properties come from its active chemical called Alliin. It is more powerful than penicillin, since it can kill germs that penicillin can’t destroy.

Add it daily to your cooking or take it as a supplement. As a supplement ook for the “Aged Garlic.”

Green Vegetables

These are the top anti-inflammatory fighting vegetables. Use them as much as possible.

Bok choy, cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, watercress, chard, dark green leafy lettuce, spinach, collards, mustard greens.

Hydro-Circulation

Your brain is the most important organ in your body. As time passes you lose brain function because of inflammation, which causes plack build up in the artery walls. This then restricts the amount of blood going into the brain, causing fewer nutrients to go in and fewer toxins to go out. This allows free radicals to destroy brain cells and to create amyloids – localized cysts that affect brain function and health. All of this can lead to strokes, dementia, senility, and the more severe condition – Alzheimer’s.

Here is one way that I discovered to keep good blood circulation in your brain using water. This method is also good for getting good blood circulation to your scalp for hair growth and for bringing in blood to the nerves in the ears to maintain good hearing.

Here what to do in the shower.

Install a shower head extension hose so that you can move the shower head around where you want it.

  • After you shower, take the shower head and allow hot water – as hot as you can stand it – to flow over your head for 15-20 seconds.
  • turn the hot water off and allow cold water to flow over you head for 15-20 seconds

What I do is move my head forward so the cold water does not get onto the rest of my body. If you can stand it on the rest of your body, then you gain additional health benefits.

Do the hot-cold water treatment 3 – 4 times. Finish off with cold water then dry yourself off. You will feel your head tingling and you’ll know that blood is circulating in your head.

Start using these anti-inflammatory natural remedies and allow them to become your natural way of being. You will gain better health without even knowing it.
